Title: ICElp Config Error
Post by: boerckk on March 24, 2005, 02:53:35 pm
Help!  :)

I am trying to configure an ICElp session on a new installation on a Windows XP machine.  During the ICElp configuration I have put in the information that was on my client's old workstation.  Once ICElp is started, it comes up with the following error:

Directory /usr/tmp/HP/icelp_jobs does not exist, on host 192.168.1.10.  Please check in the control panel whether you specified correctly unix spooler directory and printer name.

I know the directory does in fact exist on the UNIX server and that the printer name is correct.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Unix is case sensitive, check that.
Make sure your pcprint settings spooler directory is set to /usr/tmp
