Title: ICElp Printing Issue

I have users printing to a HP LaserJet 4 printer using ICElp.  When printing large files, multiple copies of the file end up printing.  Any troubleshooting suggestions?

First thing I'd do is to check and see if you have 2 PC's running icelp using the same unix printer name. This is a no-no. It might only be noticed  however if you have large files that take long enough to transfer so that the 2nd PC can start printing the same job.

If that's not it, I'd look into changing my icelp script file on unix.
