We currently have a 250-pc license with version 5.1.09 running. Problem: Completed AD migration to new server and when I run the install wizard from the new server, it prompts me to run the config wizard. When I get to "Configure Sequence Number" and enter the user name and select next, error: "There is no license information for your company in that directory" appears.
I have check your FAQs and have not found this problem address. Your assistance is much appreciated.
