Title: Print screens in ICE.TCP.Pro

I have 40 user using various versions of ICE.TCP.Pro  Two of the users who have version 5.1.21 have this problem if they try to do a screen print. If they do a screen print they get one blank page, one page with a log in screen and the screen that they want at the bottom of another page. It is like the login screen is above the screen that they are actually viewing. Help! They are complaining and I have checked settings with other PC's and do not see any differences. One of the users is running Windows 2000 the other is on XP

Try the current version of Pro (5.1.25).

There were fixes and changes done between 21 & 24 in the printing, and specifically the print screen function, so updating may fix the problem. If there is still a problem after updating, try all three printing methods (regular, direct, and raster) and see if one of those methods work.

Also note, you should either be using the print screen option under file or printer icon on the toolbar. The Print option under file now printes the whole buffer, not just the screen.
