Title: Command Bar

I'm using ICE.TCP 4.3.1 on a windows xp computer.  My problem is that I have lost my
command bar where I can add shortcuts.  Is there a fix to get me shortcut bar back?  I could turn the bar on before under settings: preferences, but now its gone.

Hi,

Unfortunately 4.3.1 is the older 16 bit version of the program which we no longer support, and was never designed for running on newer O.S. 's like xp. The only option is upgrading to the latest version.
