Title: installing ice off site

I have installe ice off site on my computer but it is asking for ahost name and phone number any ideas?

Are you using a modem or a direct serial connection? If you are using a modem you need a phone number! If you are using a direct serial connection, under "settings" check the "send string on popup" box and make sure the string above it is blank and the autodialer will be disabled.

If you are using a network, cable modem or dsl modem, you have the wrong product.
