Check in the manual (for current versions, the manual is a PDF on the CD in the DOC directory)

Basically what you need to do is to export a license to a floppy in the licenseadmin program on the server, the export function is under the user tab. You enter the computer name and user name into the licenseadmin then export that user.

Put a copy of configwizard.exe (for 5.1 in the TCP-Pro subdirectory under TCP5_USER) or configwizard44.exe (for 4.4/classic in the TCP4-32 subdirectory under TCP5_USER) onto the floppy as well. Take that floppy to the remote machine and run the configwizard on the floppy. You should now have a runable copy of PRO on the remote machine.
