Title: Update existing ICETCP on PC
Post by: aroth on August 09, 2005, 11:27:41 am
I have a PC with ICE-TCP currently loaded.  What process do I need to follow to upgrade the ICE-TCP to ICE-TCP Plus?  How do I identify the sequence number in ICE-TCP Plus when the IP number will be the same as it was in ICE-TCP?

ICE.TCP and ICE.TCP.PLUS can coexist on the same machine, you really don't even have to uninstall ICE.TCP. Get the sequence number from ICE.TCP by doing File->Sequence number and put that one into ICE.TCP.PLUS. After you have everything working properly (check the terminal type and number of lines in ICE.TCP) you can delete ICE.TCP using add/remove programs in the control panel.
