I need to move ICE.TCP Pro from old to new PC. I can't find anything on this subject in your manual or on your website.

Delete the user from the licenseadmin program and install as you would on any new PC.
Make SURE that you have version >5.0.81 if you plan to install on XP.

I am installing ice.tcp pro on a new pc, I have given this pc an IP address that has never been used before, but once I have loaded telnet pro and log in it tells me there is a conflict with another IP address and it does not matter what I change it to. Can someone please help me. :-\

The problem is not the IP address, it's the sequence number, there is a duplicate!
What the message is telling you is the IP address OF THE MACHINE YOUR PC IS CONFLICTING WITH for the same sequence number.
You should find that PC and rerun configwizard on it. You should also be CERTAIN that you have only 1 licenseadmin server (which has the TCP5_USER share) on your network.
