Title: Printing from File, Print Screen

I installed ICE.TCP PLUS Version 1.0.30, on a computer with Windows 10. I am unable to print with the print screen function in file drop down box. Any ideas??

I am running ICE.TCP Plus on Windows 10. In order to get it to print, I had to check the "Raster Printing" box in the Local Print Setup then reselect the printer. After that, Print Screen worked fine.

We had the same problem but on certain printer drivers that were delivered by Server 2012 to all versions of Windows (XP, 7, 8.1, and 10).

Raster printing fixed all of them.  It must be something with the 64-bit drivers 2012 pushes down in our case.
