Title: Can not create new session using Win XP

I am trying to load ICE-TCP Pro version 5.0.69 on a new Windows XP machine and i'm getting a message when trying to connect that says can not create new session, please run Configwizard.  I run the configwizard and it keeps giving me the same message. I've seen in other threads that you recommend installing the trial version from your website.  Would this fix my problem or is it something else?
