We have 3 remote sites which use ICE Telnet Pro to connect to a server in another location, the clients at all 3 sites are constantly dropping there connection to the server with the following error
"Unix Host 128.x.x.x Does Not Reply
or Wrong Socket Number 2346
For ICELPD. Terminating ICELP." where X is the IP address of the server.
We have connected to the server and started a constant ping to the router on one of sites and have found that no one on the site gets the above error and there connection remains connected, as soon as we stop this ping, within 5 minutes all clients get disconnected with the above error.
Does anyone know what this error means and how to fix it.
Many Thanks

Is it just ICELP that is getting disconnected or the Terminal emulation session or both?

It is the Terminal Emulation session, it is ending with the above error, however the site where the Unix server is located does not get this connection dropping, only the 3 remote sites.

It's an issue with the router or the ISP timing out what they suppose to be inactive sessions. The solution is to turn on keepalives in PRO.

You need the latest version to do this.
