Title: Print Screen Issue

Hi,
I have just upgraded all of a client's PC's (11) to the latest version and am having trouble with doing a Print Screen on all PC's.  What is happening is that it is adding the logon screen info and the info on the current screen they want regardless of how long they've been in a session.  All they want is the current screen.

Has anyone else had this issue.

If you have 5.1.25 you can simply print the screen by hitting the printer icon on the toolbar. Also if you use the file pulldown you should use printscreen and not print. Finally you can right click in the emulation screen while connected to a host and do print->printscreen.

If you have trouble try a different method of printing (see the profile printer settings).

Thanks for that!  Changing the settings in the profile solved the problem.
