      I am using Ice Plus build 25. Is there any way to make the words on screen go across the entire screen? I have the largest window open size open, but the words only go across about 60% of the screen.

There are 6 fonts in plus. The bar across the top gives you the four best depending on
your screen size. On my monitor at 1280x1024 it covers about 80%. I'm pretty sure that is the largest font available.

how do i access & change the 6 different font sizes?

You don't. It's automatic. They are in ice4370.fon for US fonts.
