I did search the forum and didn't find what I was looking for. here's the problem: Two PCs are giving 777 errors apparently using the same sequence number. However, when I check the licenseAdmin, each PC has a seperate and distinct sequence number. I ran into this problem a long time ago and called tech support. I was told how to edit the registry to get rid of the "stuck" sequence number. I can't remember, but it could have been a win2000 glitch with tcppro. How do you do this is what I want to know? Somewhere in the registry is the sequence number that is "stuck".

Make sure both PC's are running versions >5.0.80 (help->version info)
Delete the 2 users in licenseadmin, browse to the tcp5_user share on the licenseadmin machine, then to tcp-pro. Run configwizard. Uncheck "get configuration profile" (just get a sequence number).
Try the pc's again. If you still have a problem your linceseadmin server is older than 5.0.80 and you will have to update it. The procedure for doing this is near the top of the forum.
