I am receiving the following error message:

Terminal Services are being run from this computer.  A Thin Client License is required to run.  Contact J. River, Inc.

Using remote desktop IS the same as thin client use and requires a thin client license. Call sales at 612-677-8200 for pricing.

Alternately, if you have a VPN there is no good reason to run remote desktop to get a telnet Pro session. Just install Pro on the remote client PC.

Mr. Bob,

When you say install the software on the remote pc do you mean the work pc?  We already have ICE TCP Pro installed on the work pc & it is giving the error.

or Are you stating that we need to install the software on the home pc as well?

Install the software on the home PC so it uses TelnetPro directly instead of running it off of the work desktop.
