We are migrating from a Windows 2000 server to Windows 2003. I have seen information on moving the license information from one server to another by backing up the licenses to floppy, but wonder if there any compatibility issues running version 5.1.07 on Windows 2003? Clients will not be running the app via terminal services, but rather on their Windows XP machines. Thanks!

The 5.1.07 licenseadmin will run fine on 2003. You will need to make the TCP5_USER share writeable for anyone who needs to get a sequence number (new installs) but it doesn't have to be writable other than at that time.
