I have a customer that is running ICE.TCP.Pro version 4.4. They installed McAfee Antivirus software and the ICE stopped working. She has removed the McAfee software and the firewall is turned off on the computer. I had her checked the security center and the firewall is turned off and no antivirus software is listed. Telnet and ping works from the command prompt. I am able to ping her pc from the Linux server.
Do you have any suggestions on how to correct the Winsock Error, when she tries to connect to the Linux server using the Ice software?

If you are CERTAIN that both the windows firewall and mcafee are off, try reinstalling 4.4.
You could also try adding an exception for unblocking deja32.exe in the windows firewall.
Try connecting to a different port on the unix machine, like port 25, with deja32 just to see if you can get any communications with the machine at all.
Look for a stuck socket on the Unix machine. If you find one reboot it and try to connect with deja32 again.
