Title: Cannot create new session.

We're trying to load TCP-PRO ver 5.0.69 on an XP PRO machine. We use this ver on W2K with no problem.
We get an error message "Cannot create new session. Please run Configwizard" - Which we have done to no avail.
We've tried the fixes:
1. Fixing problems when installing PRO over a version older than 5.0.81
2. Problems installing/running Pro on some XP & (sic) Y2K machines.
Neither of these fixes appear to work.

Have you updated your LicenseAdmin to a new version?  See our topic:  Moving or updating the PRO license server

You must update your LicenseAdmin (server install) and all users to version 5.1, as well as following the steps in "Fixing problems ..." to install on an XP machine.
