I have a user connecting to our Unix host using Telnet pro, from a remote location in another country. When they login, and then are idle for 5 minutes or more, the connection drops. They have a broadband internet connection and are connecting over it to our server. Their internet connection is not dropping. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

A search here would show that this is a common problem. It's often due to cable/dsl routers, nats, ISP's etc timing out idle connections.
Do a search for "keepalives" in the PRO forum for the last 300 days and you'll find the solution. If they have a recent version the option in PRO already exists, if not they can purchase an update.
