Hi,
My company bought me a new laptop and I'm having a very hard time moving my license from the old laptop to the new one. The software is installed and when I try to run ConfigWizard it tells me that there is no license for my company in the license folder ??
How do I move my ICE license from the old computer to the new?
Does the new computer have to be the same name or user name??
Please help, we don't want to spend $2/minute to get support....thanks,

If you look in the message "error messages explained" it says one of the reasons that you can get the error you got is because you are out of licenses. Run licenseadmin on the computer with the license server and delete the old machine from the users list and ree-run configwizard on the client pc.
