Title: ver 5.1.09- Keep Alive Interval

One of our customers has an agent the works from home.  Their TCP Pro connection dies if they are not active in the session. 

Where is the Keep-Alive settings for that version?  I can't seem to find it.

There aren't any, it wasn't added until 5.1.25 or so. Have them purchase an upgrade.
