Title: Tel-Net freezes during printing

I have a collector that freezes up anytime he tries to print from Tel-Net? Any help? We're running version 5.1.26.

Which type of printing passthrough or ICE.LP??

What do you mean by printing passthru? If its what i think it is, its set for Direct or Raster.

Is the user running ICE.LP for printing or NOT?

Passthrough means printing through the emulation using escape sequences sent by the host.

Direct printing is for printers connected directly to the PC preferably with a parallel port connection. Raster should work for everything with simple line printer emulation.
