I have a customer that had a working ICE.LP printer, they then were going to switch with a different printer, after switching they chose to go back to their original printer, but now when they try to print the get this error: setup cannot create printer device, check printer setup Everything looks set up right to me need some help

Re-run the icelpconfig.exe in the ICETCP5 directory.
If that doesn't get you working, write down the current settings, rename the icetcp.ini file in the windows directory to save it and then re-run the icelpconfig.exe to remake the icetcp.ini file.

I think a Terminal Server is involved in this case. I got that during the (unsuccessful) phone call.
