Title: Where can I get answers for this product?

This is what I see at startup:

J. River is running it's components as version 5.0.67

Deja vu installed
Version 7.09/32 on SCO Openserver Release 5a (scosysv)(ttyp2)

What do you want to know??

There is a LOT of information here. You have TCP.PRO. Look in the PRO forum for tips, tricks, answers. One thing is that you have a VERY old version which is not 2k/xp compatible. Check in the PRO forum for update instructions.
