We are running ICE.TCP PLUS on a Windows XPsp2 machine. Icelp works fine except for one issue. How do you get the polling to be immediate without having to manually click the polling button? In other words the print job starts as soon as you tell it to print without waiting for the polling to take place.

Since it's driven by POLLING that is not possible. The smallest delay is one unit of 15 seconds (which means when it's set to minimum you should never have to wait more than 15 seconds for poll).

Understand that the minimum delay is 15 seconds. How do we change settings to that number? Have tried changing amounts shown in Print Request Period and this does not make any difference.

15 is the minimum. You can't make it any lower.
