I have two one user license copies of ICE.TCP Plus
Both only accept the sequence number of one, and when both are open one shuts down.
Does anyone know how to fix this

ICE.TCP Plus licenses are not additive. Which means you can't get two licenses from two single user copies--as you found out. In order to run two copies at the same time, one sequence number has to be set to two.
You need to update to a five user license version.

If one or both of the single-user licenses were purchased recently, you may be able to return one of them for credit toward a 5-user license. Contact our sales dept. at 612-677-8200 for further help.

I appreciate that option but I don't need 5 I need two my client is not willing to buy a 5 user copy

If your customer has ICE.TCP PLUS, the two licenses will not stack, and there is no way to alter the sequence numbers. Another possible option would be to return one of the single-user licenses and exchange it for a single-user license of ICE.TCP PRO.

I like your product but let me say that you have a very poor license managment plan.

We have two separate TCP programs. Licenses for TCP PLUS do not stack, just like our old 16-bit version of ICE.TCP did not stack. However, TCP PRO licenses do stack. Two programs - two different license management systems.
