We are beginning to see the following error message, in a dejavu dialog box, on a few of our machines:
Fatal ICE.TCP Pro Configuration error 777.
Please contact your system adminstrator.
This message was genertated due to a conflict between XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX and YYY.YYY.YYY.YYY with sequence number 64
This Telent Pro session will be closed in approximately 1 minute.
In the message listed above the YYY address is a valid used address and is the address of the person getting the message.
The XXX address while it is valid is not in use.
Need help in resolving this issue.
Thanks!

The first thing to do is make sure there is only one license folder on the network.
Also make sure that whenever someone runs ConfigWizard, the path the ConfigWizard is using for the license folder is ALWAYS the same as everyone else's. In other words, if someone's ConfigWizard is pointing to some forgotten old second license folder, you'll never solve the problem no matter how many times ConfigWizard is run.
Keeping the above in mind, have everyone whose program is being closed by the 777 error run the ConfigWizard from their machine. They should get reassigned unique sequence numbers (assuming there are enough available for everyone) and the conflicts should go away. The addresses may not be accurate so don't go by them.
