NEED INFORMATION ON HOW TO RUN FTP PROCESS FROM UNIX SERVER TO UPLOAD FILE FROM A PC - NOT FTP FROM PC TO UNIX

Well, that's a big question!

It depends on your version of unix and what it provides for an ftp server. Your unix vendor should provide you with this information.

Usually it's enabled by default but on some systems you have to do some configuration. What version of unix are you using??
