Title: Black Screen on Vista PC with 5.1.26 ICE.TCP.PRO

I installed the customer's copy of ICE.TCP.PRO and then upgraded it to 5.1.26.  The screen comes up black with one full line and the cursor flashing.  I types the username and password for the unix server, but nothing changed.  I also tries opening up the profile, but the application crashed when I went into the profile.  Any ideas?  I also told Vista to run the application as "administrator."

Try reinstalling. It looks as if the application might be corrupted on the drive. The application itself is very stable and should not crash during basic functions.
Make sure you install as administrator.
