Title: Can't assing a sequence number
Post by: Chris.Hazlewood on December 28, 2007, 12:51:03 pm
Had a hard drive failure on a laptop.  Replaced the hard drive and reinstalled everything including ICE.TCP PLUS.  I launch the application and it immediately asks for a sequence number.  I put in the number 3 which is what it had before on the old hard drive, but it will not take 3 or any other number (up to 10).  There were only 5 PC's in the office.  What can we do to get it to accept 3 or 6 through 10?

Sounds like you have a single user version mixed up with your 10 user. The distribution media is DIFFERENT for each user count. Look for your 10 user CD.
