Title: FTP-Win - setup > options

According to the manual, "when FTP-Win runs for the first time, you can set up some of the defaults that will be used for future sessions."  Is there any way to change the defaults after "the first time"?  I want to save "DOS files to Lower Case" as a default function, but am not able to.
