Title: Getting Error message "Cannot retrieve company name"

I reinstalled ICETCP 4.4 32bit on one of windows 2000 terminal servers and as an administrator I am able to open it but a domain user gets the message "Cannot retrieve company name"  Any reason why this is happening?

Did you install the terminal server version of PRO?
What did you use for a license server??
What is the thin client user trying to do when the get the "Cannot Retrieve Company Name" message?
