Title: ICE Broadcast on Startup and during use.

We are using ice version 5.1 and it seems to broadcast to 255.255.255.255 regularly.  It's logging a bunch of events in our firewall and I'm wondering if you could shed any insight.  I'm not really interested in it broadcasting to all addresses...

The broadcasts are part of the licensing system. Your router shouldn't normally forward  broadcasts off of the subnet...

Ok - thanks for the response - is there any way to restrict the broadcast to be a local subnet (e.g. 172.16.1.255) instead of all networks?
