Title: Ice TCP close

Hello,
For a long time, some users in my company has a big problem.
When they work on ICE TCP PLUS, suddenly application closed.
Every body has not this problem, only some users.
Please, can you help us.

I assume you are saying that PLUS closes after some time??
You probably have a router or something closing inactive connections.
You can solve this in current versions by turning on the keepalive in PLUS.
Do a search on that here to see how it's done and what in what version of PLUS that was added.

We already try to increase the keep alive but nothing. We have the same problem.

Actually you don't increase it, you decrease it.
Settings->Configuration->General
Keepalive interval.
Try 1 or 2.

If it doesn't work I think you must have a network problem or machine problem.
