Title: Users "lost" access
Post by: snyper82 on July 03, 2008, 08:58:29 am
I only have 4 users, all of them over the past couple of days have lost access to the foreclosure section of DejawinT  they can login to the system just fine, but when they try to get into F parner using a different password the system states:
Unable to Log into system, see systems manager
if we log in as root and then try to use their password, then we can access foreclosure partner.

I hope this isn't confusing.

From your description, the "foreclosure partner" is an application running on your Unix server. DejawinT acts as a window onto your Unix server. The fact that it works as root and not as a regular user means that you likely have a permissions problem on your Unix server (DejawinT has no control over Unix permissions). I would try contacting the vendor of the foreclosure partner software or your Unix administrator.
