Title: FTP Settings won't stay

We are running Version 5.1.07.  When I set up the site with the FTP Site IP address and the Default Directory, it connects fine and the files are in the spool file.  However, the next time I go to connect all of the settings are gone and I have to type them in again.  I reinstalled ICE.TCP Pro and it still does the same thing.  I have never had this problem with any other of the installations and set ups that I have done.  Any ideas on what I should try next?

Sounds like you have a permissions problem in the registry. You could check the permissions on HKCU->Software->J.River and below to make sure they are write-able.

Thanks Bob.  I think I found the problem.  We had not added the person as user to that computer.  After I did that the program worked fine.
