I have installed ice tcp pro version 5.1.28, but when I use ssh will not let me change the user password.

You ssh into the unix machine to a login prompt then change the password there by typing:
passwd

If you're talking about autologin, it's stored in the profile under the startup pane.

What vendor/version of unix are you using?

How would you change the password if you were using telnet instead of ssh??

Would you cut and paste what this looks like in TELNET into a message here so I figure out exactly what the sequence of events is?

thanks,
Bob
