We are using Windows XP based touch screen terminals with ICE.TCP Plus installed on them to connect to a UNIX based application. However, we need a way of disabling the feature whereby if you double-click the ICE.TCP window it brings up a window option to start a new session.
As you can imagine it becomes very annoying if you accidentally touch the screen and a new window appears - especially if the user is not that computer literate.
Can this be done in any way?
Regards,
Andrew

At present, there is no way to disable this feature, nor is it one that we have considered including on any future build. However, it is something that could possibly be customized for you by one of our developers. Is this something that might be of interest to you? If so, please advise what version of the software you are running as well as the number of users that you have.

Possibly. We have ICE TCP Plus Build 21 Emulation version 7.01a/32 Windows Interface version 8.0.
We have around 150 users.
