Title: Updating to 5.0.81

Which folder should the update software be installed to.  I have three folders:  J River, TCP5 Admin, and TCP5_User.

Just use the defaults the install program gives you and press next. The install program should update the program files over the older install.

If you asking about where to put the file that you download from our website, you can put it an any temp directory, or you can create a directory anywhere for the purpose of decompressing the install files.
