Title: trialware issue

We are considering buying the ICE.Off.Site package, but we are having trouble getting the trialware version to work.  We are trying to use an internal laptop modem but cannot make a connection, we have also tried using an external USB modem but still cannot make a connection!  Is there a known problem when using an internal modem or an external USB modem?

It should work with nearly all modems. What are the symptoms? Do you get a dial tone, ring, answer and connection attempt and if not, how far down that chain do you get??

check your ISP or perhaps upgrade your bandwidth.
