vt100 emulation
« on: March 11, 2004, 12:09:32 pm »

When using vt100 emulation, I need to have the keypad set to 'application mode'.  I cannot find a way to accomplish this feat.  Anyone?

Thanks,
Doug

Check the manual in the keyboard section regarding mapped vt100 keys. The keypad sends application keys when the application puts the emulation into the application keypad mode by sending an escape sequence. The applications keys are also available without being put into application mode on alternate keys as indicated in the section in the manual mentioned above.

You can do an echo $TERM on your unix machine at a prompt to make sure the terminal type is set properly.
