We are currently using Ice.Off.Site Ver 2.2.  Locally we use ICE TCP; however, one location that is in another city logs in through modem.  It had been working fine for quite a while, until recently it started to skip the initial login...  I'm not sure if this is ICE settings or server configuration (I'm a local tech, our servers are done through a business).

The way it had always worked:
1. Dialed in, get inital log in
2. Choose terminal emulation type by pressing 1-9
3. second log in

now it skips steps 1 and 2 and gotes to 3 with the incorrect terminal type.  Again, I'm not sure if this is ICE or our servers, any assistance would be appretiated

It's on the server side.

That first login with terminal menu was a custom program on the server. You should check with the server admin to see if they know about it and if it affects you. It's possible that they just use a different method to detect the terminal type now or that they expect you to always use a certain terminal type.
