Hello,
     I am clueless as to what I am doing.  I was told by
my IT person in my home office to download ice.tcp
so I could start using the keypoing program.  I did
download it and it took over 3 hours and then I
did not run it, I just got out of it.
     Besides being clueless, I am computer illiterate
also.  Do I need to download it again?

You are going to have to run the install. It's downloaded onto your machine somehwere as tcp-pro-demo.exe.

You REALLY need the person that had you download it walk you through the install because I'm assuming they don't want you running the demo version and that means they must have the license server, etc...
