TCP-PRO 5.1.25 Edit Host List Mode
« on: December 08, 2004, 09:29:13 am »

Previously, when you go into the "Edit Host List Mode" and you add a new connection, if you checked the box for SSH it would change the port to read 22, as it should. Currently, if you do the same, the port remains as "telnet", which it should not. If you mark the SSH box and attempt to connect to the box, the session fails. If you manually connect by using the connection bar, checking the SSH box does change the port to 22 and the SSH session works fine.

This worked in the previous version, does not work in 5.1.25

Is there an update revision for ths issue?

Interesting...
Do you have a version number for when it behaved differently?? I was under the impression that you had to connect once using the host bar and specifying a port other than telnet to have that port available in the host edit box.
