Several users have reported that the delete and arrow keys do not work while in the TCP-Pro application.  When those keys are pressed, garbage characters appear in the field.  At one time, these keys worked ok.  I tried to uninstall the application, but got the message that the uninstall module is in use, which it is not.

The uninstall message is from installshield. It's probably an older version. You can search for "uninst.exe" in the forums to find out what to so. If the arrow and delete keys are wrong you have pro set to the
wrong terminal type. Check to see what it's set to on a working machine and copy that setting to a non-working machine. Pay attention to the number of lines as well.
