I have a user who has disabled her firewall. She is able to download the trial demo off the website. After downloading, she clicks on the icon and the run option comes up. She clicks run and nothing happens. I have had her try this on another computer and it works. And I verified it wasn't a administrator of computer issue as she can install other programs. She is running Windows XP service pack 2.
