icetcp pro kicking users out

XP, sp3 users (total of 3) are being kicked out of
telnetpro.exe app version 5.1.9.0 Modname dejavu.ocx modVer 5.1.9.0 offset 00020a30

seems pretty random, sometimes most of the day sometimes in 15 minutes
- we are using a wyse60 emulation to a local sco host,

Microsoft security essentals or Symantec EPP 11 (antivirus only) windows firewall with exceptions for telnetpro

Pro version 5.1.25 and above include a keepalive function.  The Pro trialware version 5.1.28 includes the keepalive (View > Options) function; you could download the trialware version to one or more of the computers getting kicked off to see if that resolves the issue.  If so, contact us or your reseller about updating your licenses.  When downloading the trialware version, cancel when you reach "ConfigWizard will help you ..." to avoid sequence number issues.  Also, the trialware version will expire after 30 days.
