I plan to change passwd  in Suse Linux users and the beginning of next session of the user to change the passwd, but since ICE PRO TCP / SSH, will not let me do it.

Sorry for the slow reply (I missed this one somehow).

If you want to change the password and you are using autoconnect (set in the TelnetPro host list) and autologin (set in the TelnetPro profile->startup), you have to turn off autoconnect and autologin for that host, then use TelnetPro to login manually to unix with the old password then at a user shell type:
passwd
to change it on unix.

Then change it in the TelnetPro profile->startup.
