Cannot copy / paste with IceTCP Plus DejaWin

Using IceTCP Plus DejaWin Build 30 Emulation Version 7.10b/32.

In Ice Config, we have unchecked  'Formatted Copy/Paste' .  Some users can copy/paste on a random basis, others can't copy/paste at all.

What else can be done to enable the ability to copy/paste?

When marking the copy/paste, it has to be down from top left to bottom right (not from bottom to top).

Ok, making sure that we select from top left to bottom right did the trick.
